• Where your data runs

  Your data stays in your systems: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL, REST API or MCP. Pacunex queries what it needs each turn and does not copy your database. Operational sessions and logs are stored encrypted in our infrastructure, separated per company with multi-tenant isolation.

• What we encrypt

  Data in transit over TLS. Credentials, tokens and prompts encrypted at rest. The exact technical details are signed with each pioneer in the security addendum.

• Retention

  Operational logs for 90 days by default, configurable by contract. Chat sessions for 30 days. Your data always lives in your systems — we hold no copy.

• LLM model per use case

  Multi-LLM with rotation. Each use case (collections, sales, reporting, analytics) runs on the model that best fits cost and latency. If one AI is down, another takes over without losing context.
