  1. Is Pacunex already in production with customers?
    We are in open beta. Today we are opening slots for the first 10 pioneer companies of 2026, starting with founder pricing, team accompaniment and an implementation guarantee. If you are looking for a vendor with 500 customers, that is not us today. If you want to be among the first to bring AI into your company and take advantage of pioneer terms, yes.
  2. Does it work with my ERP or my own system?
    We connect with any ERP via database, REST API or the MCP protocol. During the pilot we build with you the exact integration for your system, at no extra cost.
  3. Does my data stay on your server or on mine?
    Your data stays in your systems. Pacunex queries what it needs, it does not copy your database. Session and logs stay encrypted in our infrastructure, isolated per company.
  4. How much does it cost?
    Pioneers get special pricing not available to later customers. We share the exact proposal in the first WhatsApp conversation.
  5. How long does it take to get the first agent running?
    We work in short milestones: about a week to get the agent in sandbox, two weeks for a pilot with real data and a month to measure the KPI against your baseline.
  6. Do I need a developer to set it up?
    No. The Pacunex team handles the technical setup with you. We just need someone from the business side who knows what you want to automate.
  7. What if I want to cancel?
    You take your data with you in standard format — no lock-in. Exit terms are agreed in writing at signing.
